This beer was a collaboration with Seventh Sun Brewing in Dunedian, Florida. This is a single-hopped pale ale using Australian Galaxy hops. It is light, refreshing and bursting with citrus and passionfruit flavors derived from this unique hop varietal. This beer uses lots of hops throughout the brewing and fermentation process. In fact a whopping 4 oz of hops are included for this recipe! This is a great, easy-to-use kit for beginning home brewers. These kits make great Father's Day, holiday and birthday gifts for beer lovers who would like to get their feet wet with home brewing without spending a small fortune. ABV=6.5%, IBU=50, SRM=5.
