Q: When can I expect to get my order?

A: We know you want your stuff. We want you to have your stuff. Delivery times will vary based on your geographic location. We usually ship within 2-24 hours of receipt of your order. Some items may take a bit longer eg. custom art, framed art, print-fulfilled apparel that we don't have in stock, etc. Some items may be drop-shipped from one of our artisan's studios or from apparel print shops. 

Q: What's the best way to contact BEERloved?

A: Email is often the best and we can be reached at info@beerloved.com If you prefer you can call us at 949.525.1777. If you get the machine, don't worry we'll respond as soon as possible.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy. So we offer a 30 day return policy from date of purchase. To be eligible item must be unused and in the same condition it arrived in and copy or original receipt must be provided. Please contact as soon as you want to return something. We cannot accept returns beyond 30 days. Regrettably, perishable items cannot be returned. Other non-returnable items include: used (filled) growlers that are in good working order, health care items eg. soaps, colognes, lip balms and commissioned art. When we receive your return item(s) we will credit you the cost of the order plus shipping if the product is faulty or we made an error, otherwise we will refund only the cost of the item(s) returned not including the original shipping cost.

Q: How do I return something?

A: Contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will provide you with further details on how to get your refund or replacement. 

Q: Who pays for shipping on returns?

A: If the product(s) being returned are faulty or we made an error, then we will cover return shipping costs. If you simply changed your mind or don't like the product(s), we ask you to cover the return shipping charges.

Q: Why does shipping cost so much?

A: As we all know fuel costs are astronomical, and shipping companies are passing those costs down to us. Our primary shipper, the USPS, which is usually the most reasonable, raised rates again in 2015. It now costs almost half a buck just to send a letter across the country so when we ship a couple pounds or more to you, it's expensive. Gone are the days when Parcel Post was reasonably priced. In fact, it is often more economical to ship via USPS Priority Mail which delivers to you in 1-3 days than USPS Parcel Post. BEERloved isn't Amazon or Walmart so we can't eat our shipping costs, and must pass them along to our customers. Often times, we still end up paying more for shipping than what we charge our customers. It is never our intention to make money from our shipping charges and will continue to seek out the most cost-effective means of shipping our products to our valued customers.

Q: Can I Get My Stuff Overnight?

A: In most cases the short answer is "yes." If we have the item in stock and get your order by 2pm PST, it will ship out that day. That said, we use USPS Priority Express Mail for our overnight packages and in some parts of the country they cannot guarantee overnight delivery, sometimes it is two days.

Q: Does BEERloved ship outside the USA?

A: Yes but our shopping cart doesn't always work with every country. If you are outside the USA and our cart won't recognize your country, please drop us an email and let us know what items you want and your address and we will gladly email you back a custom quote including shipping. Or you can check out our eBay store where international shipping is available for most of our products.

Q: If an item is on sale and sells out of stock, can I get a raincheck on the sale price?

A: Unfortunately no. Our sale prices only extend to items in stock and during the sale campaign time frame.
